WARM UP
The purpose of a warm up is to prepare your body for physical activity. The warm up is generally used to increase heart rate and breathing rate and also help you mentally prepare for exercise.
Moving joints is the first part.
Stretching the muscles prepares them for physical activity and prevents injuries.
When we finish the stretching we play a game. Running increases the body temperature
